once we have had initial contact from a new customer via phone, e-mail, facebook or website we strive to ensure that we engage with each customer within 24 hours.

this will take no more than 30 minutes and enables us to answer your questions as well as showing you samples of materials and wrapped samples of doors and worktops. We can also take measurements/photographs as required and then take all of this away and work on the numbers.

most full installations that include the main kitchen area, worktop and splashback take 2 or 3 days to complete.
